We designed this product to maximize umami flavor with notes of bacon, red miso paste, and soy sauce powder. The sweetness of coconut sugar adds depth and intensity that enriches pork and chicken dishes and makes you want to try more.

We kept the golden color and didn't use paprika - so this blend can be easily combined with products like Sweet Bones & Butts or Feather Duster .
