Steaks straight to your door

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our master butchers cut the steaks, immediately vacuum pack them and quickly shock freeze them at -40°C. This method fully protects and preserves the quality of the meat during transportation.

To ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, each shipment is shipped refrigerated or frozen using special thermal packaging with ice.

We recommend using an ice or cold water bath for quick thawing, but the best and safest way is to let the steaks thaw in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Never thaw steaks in warm or hot water.

DELIVERY RATES

Your order can be delivered in one of three ways. Delivery time depends on the option selected. All orders are prepared and delivered within 1-3 business days .

Pick-up at our cold storage in Kaunas IV – free of charge
DPD Fresh delivery in Lithuania – €15
DHL Express express air delivery within the EU – €25

To ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays . After payment, your order will be shipped on the next shipping day.

EXPRESS OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

To receive your order the next day, we must receive it no later than 8:00 AM (EET) on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. In this case, the shipment will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next shipping day.
Orders placed on Fridays are shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

We only deliver to European Union countries .

DELIVERY DAYS AND DEADLINES

We ship three times a week to ensure maximum freshness and quality:

Shipping days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Orders placed between Wednesday 8:00 AM (EET) and Sunday are shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Delivery time: 24-48 hours from dispatch (depending on your location)

Note: If you want to enjoy the products on the weekend, place your order no later than Tuesday , as couriers do not stock fresh goods on weekends.

DELIVERY SERVICE AND TIMES

We only use DHL Express to ensure fast and reliable delivery throughout Europe. In Lithuania we only use DPD Fresh. Usually the parcel is delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch, but in more remote areas it may take additional time.

DHL Express does not deliver on weekends , so the latest shipping day is Wednesday to avoid having the shipment held in the warehouse.

REMOTE AREAS

Delivery to remote areas - islands, mountainous regions or remote villages - may take 1-2 days longer .
If you live in such an area and want to receive your order by the weekend, we recommend placing it on Sunday so that the shipment can be shipped on Monday.

PACKAGING AND HANDLING OF FROZEN AND CHILLED PRODUCTS

All orders are packed in thermally insulated boxes that maintain freshness and low temperature for 48-72 hours . Important ! – Partial or complete thawing of the product is possible during delivery. It is very important that the shipment is received by a person who can immediately place it in the refrigerator.

Expiration dates:

Unopened vacuum packaging: up to 2 weeks
Once opened: best consumed within 2-3 days

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Delivery price in Lithuania - €15, delivery price throughout the EU - €25 , and for orders over €300 - delivery is free .
