Online store rules
These electronic trading rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are an integral and mandatory part of the purchase and sale agreement concluded between the e-store shop.luxuryfood.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
The Rules define the main terms and conditions of purchase, payment, delivery and return of goods, and also establish the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer.
I. Concepts
Seller - online store shop.luxuryfood.eu , operated by UAB "ALP GROUP" (company code 302840344, VAT number LT100007279513, registered office Gedimino g. 22A-14, LT-44319 Kaunas, Lithuania).
Company office and cold storage: Birželio 23-osios g. 1, Kaunas, LT-50224 (entrance from the back yard).
Buyer (Customer) - a natural or legal person purchasing goods in the e-shop. The Buyer must be of legal age, provide correct data and agree to these Rules.
II. Placing an order

The buyer selects the goods on the e-store page and creates a shopping cart.

To complete the order, the Buyer provides the necessary data: name, surname, address, e-mail, phone number and delivery information.

The seller uses the provided data only for the purposes of order fulfillment and delivery, in compliance with applicable personal data protection legislation.

The order is considered received when the Buyer receives confirmation by e-mail or SMS.
III. Order fulfillment

Upon receipt of the order, the Seller confirms its acceptance.

Order processing begins only after the Buyer pays for the goods (except in cases where payment upon delivery is selected).

The final order amount may be adjusted depending on weight, packaging or other nuances - the Buyer will be informed about this additionally.
IV. Terms of payment
The buyer can pay in the following ways:

If the order is not paid for within the specified period, the Seller has the right to cancel it without separate notice.
V. Presentation

The Seller strives to deliver orders on the date requested by the Buyer.

If delivery is not possible at the scheduled time, the Seller will contact the Buyer and offer another delivery date.

If the Buyer does not agree with the proposed change, he may cancel the order.

VI. Order cancellation and refund

The buyer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped.

Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must inspect them. If the goods do not meet the quality, are damaged or have expired, this must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

The seller may replace defective goods or refund the money.

The return is arranged individually by phone or e-mail, or is carried out at a physical location – Birželio 23-osios g. 1, Kaunas .
