We have chosen the best pasta manufacturer - LA CAMPOFILONE, which has successfully recreated traditional handcrafting in its factory. The selected durum wheat variety is GMO-free, grown, stored and matured exclusively in the Marche region. It is certified organic, maintaining a high gluten content and grain size index, thus avoiding sticking and ensuring the structure and firmness of the pasta during production.

Our eggs come exclusively from free-range, grain-fed, non-GMO hens. And our truffles are sourced with confidence from Enzo Rossi, guaranteeing the uniqueness of our truffle pasta. The pasta cooks in just two minutes. Try it with our butter and white truffles.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina (wheat origin: ITALY), fresh eggs (33.4%), bianchetto truffles (Tuber borchii Vitt.) 40% (0.6% of the final product), water, salt, flavoring.
