Fermented Kampot peppercorns (peas) with salt are black peppercorns fermented in sea salt crystals (Fleur de Sel) extracted in the same region. We eat these peppers unground. They are soft and crunchy at the same time, which is why many call them pepper caviar. It will be a small explosion in your mouth! The rich and mildly spicy taste and bright aroma are revealed when you chew them. These peppercorns are a wonderful addition to meat and fish dishes, cheeses, soups, pâtés, omelettes, pasta, salads and sauces, and even toast with jam or chocolate, perfect for decorating and flavoring various snacks. Just sprinkle them on an already prepared dish.
