These four Cretan grape varieties have been aged in wooden barrels and complemented with Merlin oranges, one of the sweetest in the world. This combination creates an exceptional balsamic vinegar with an exceptionally sweet and velvety taste that adds a touch of luxury to dishes.

This is a completely natural product, as Vassilakis Estate has made sure to use only the highest quality ingredients, without preservatives, additives or colorings.
